Our Founders
Jacob Crittenden
Jacob has extensive leadership experience with a background in a variety of technology-focused roles within the Higher Education sector. He was previously a member of the Vice Chancellor’s Executive Group at the University of London in his role as Director of IT and Digital Services (CIO), where he was responsible for setting the strategic direction for the University’s digital capabilities. He has designed and successfully implemented new IT operating models, merging disparate teams to develop new service and product orientated support and development functions aligned to the organisational strategy. Jacob advises on a broad range of IT & Digital leadership matters including enterprise architecture, cyber security, infrastructure, vendor management and service delivery.
Nina Graham
Nina has over 20 years of experience in the Higher Education and Government sectors. She provides advice on strategy development, roadmap and programme design, process optimisation, data management, systems selection and enhancement. She also conducts tailored health checks, in-depth audits and maturity assessments. Her previous work includes leading large-scale transformation programmes and managing teams covering enterprise architecture, business analysis, change management, testing, business relationship management and IT communications. Prior to working in technology-related roles, Nina held senior programme and project manager positions in the UK and Australia, with a background in academic quality assurance, academic policy, and student services.
Tom Hall
Tom is a highly experienced, analytical and creative IT & Digital leader, with a proven track record in the development and delivery of digital transformation. Tom takes a collaborative approach to engaging with senior leadership to understand their challenges and provide solutions that make a tangible difference. He has a background in strategy development, roadmap design, portfolio prioritisation, strategic business analysis, programme delivery and programme assurance. Tom has particular expertise in establishing, growing and improving Portfolio Management Offices, along with significant Higher Education and systems implementation experience. Tom has previously worked in the NHS and brings a strong understanding of working in complex, regulated environments.
